Another low car diet, the Keto Diet is gaining the popularity that the Atkins Diet once had.  Same basic idea, reduce carbohydrate (low-carbs) and increase your fat intake (high-fat).  The problem is that people need carbohydrates and any drastic changes in diet tend to shock the body.  There have been instances in which people who drastically cut carbohydrates from their diets experience hair loss.  In this informative video by doctor and YouTuber, Siobahn, the Violin MD (yes she does know how to play the violin), she breaks down a recent study using Skittles as a prop to show that people who eat low carb diets tends to live less and when combined with those who have high animal diets, tend to live even less.  All in moderation folks and some good old fashion exercise…
